Doug Winkelstein Doug
has been the Manager of the Margate Performing Arts Center since 2005;
he is also a sixth grade teacher at Fernwood Avenue Middle School in
Egg Harbor Township. Doug earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology
from Rutgers University and his Education Teaching Certification (K-12)
from the Richard Stockton College of NJ. Currently, he is pursing his
Masters in School Administration at Rowan University. In 2003, Doug
founded and became the Director of the Margate Players Theater Company.
He is also a Perry Award Nominated Director; In addition he has directed
and produced many shows starring kids and adults.

Debra Roland Debra, a graduate of the University of the Arts, is currently a teacher at the Eugene A. Tighe Middle School. She has been the musical director for the Margate Players Theater Company since 2003 and has directed musicals at the Richard Stockton College of NJ, Jewish Community Center, Beth El Synagogue and has performed in productions at the Gateway Playhouse. Debra has also accompanied the Stockton and Mainland Chorales, Atlantic City High School and All South Jersey Choruses and is the Musical Director for St. Augustine’s Church in Ocean City. In addition, Debra and her husband, enjoy their private music business: Good Shepherd Music. |
