AEROBICS WITH ESTHER PINSKY Back By Popular Demand! This one hour class includes stretching, mat work, and fast paced walking. Learn how to exercise all parts of the body while using correct posture and breathing. This class may assist with maintaining low blood pressure, helping arthritis and stiff joints, slowing down the aging process, increasing circulation, lowering cholesterol, and bringing flexibility to the joints and muscles. TOTAL BODY BLAST During this NEW course, coordinated by Elite Fitness, students will work up a sweat while toning and firming their bodies with a great adrenaline pump from free weight strength training, cardio workout and fitness boxing blast all wrapped up into one.
