AEROBICS WITH ESTHER PINSKY

This one-hour class includes stretching, mat work, and fast paced walking. Learn how to exercise all parts of the body while using correct posture and breathing. This class may assist with maintaining low blood pressure, helping arthritis and stiff joints, slowing down the aging process, increasing circulation, lowering cholesterol, and bringing flexibility to the joints and muscles.
