This workshop was designed especially for 8th graders and high school students. The transition from high school to college or employment should begin early to ensure a clear vision and path for the future. Topics to be discussed include: time line for college preparation, application recommendations, tips regarding essay and interview questions, study and time management skills, survey of interests and abilities, campus safety issues and much more! The purpose of this workshop is to help parents and students become more informed and prepared; through a mutual dialog facilitated by the instructor, areas of strengths and weaknesses for each student will be discussed and recommendations will be made for taking the necessary steps to make the journey into young adulthood more successful. Note: Minimum Number Required To Run Workshop.
