This is a "Drop-In" class and Instruction by Esther Pinsky, includes portions of stretching mixed with fast paced walking. Participants will utilize all parts of their body while focusing on correct breathing and stimulating the circulatory system. Aerobics may assist with maintaining low blood pressure, helping arthritis and stiff joints, slowing down the aging process, and bringing flexibility to the joints and muscles.
