Pilates is the integration of body and mind to create a completely balanced form. This form of exercise was created to improve balance and posture. The mat work focuses on the body's core stability. Changing the muscle recruitment patterns in the body will enhance your control, stability, coordination, endurance, balance, strength, and flexibility. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME. Please Wear Comfortable Clothes & Bring A Towel. Mats Provided.
