M.A.R.E. (Marine Activities, Resourses and Education)

M.A.R.E. (Marine Activities Resources and Education) is an interdisciplinary program that allows children to study the Ocean. The Lawrence Hall School of Science at the University of California at Berkeley created this program.
• Pre-Kindergarteners study water
• Kindergarteners study freshwater ponds
• 1st graders study rocky seashores
• 2nd graders explore sandy beaches.
