ATTENTION: 2020 Eugene A. Tighe School Graduates

Applications are now being accepted for two $1,000.00 scholarships given by the Margate Education Association. 

ELIGIBILITY:

Any member of the graduation class of 2020 from Eugene A. Tighe School who will graduate from an accredited high school in June 2024. 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Complete attached application. 

2. Attach a résumé outlining extracurricular activities, work experience or community service. 

3. Type an essay of three hundred words or less explaining how your experiences in the Margate Schools have shaped you as an individual. 
 

This year, we will only be accepting digital submissions. Please use this Google Form link

(Also accessible on the Margate City School District website under the Community Tab and the Margate Education Association page)

All application packets are due no later than Friday, May 10, 2024. 

Failure to submit any of the required items by the due date will automatically exclude the student from consideration. 

The scholarships will be presented at the Margate Board of Education meeting in June. (actual date not available yet)
